Delete your account

This page lets you permanently delete your Looqa account and every piece of data that belongs to it. You don't need the app installed.

What will be deleted

  • All clothing photos, including originals and AI-processed versions
  • Your body photo and avatar profile, including all virtual try-on results
  • Outfits, wear history, calendar plans and AI suggestions
  • Your profile and sign-in account
  • A paid subscription is cancelled at the end of the current billing period

Copies in encrypted backups expire automatically within 30 days. Invoices we are legally required to keep are retained for 7 years.
