You pay monthly or annually, your choice. With annual billing you pay 50% less than twelve separate monthly charges. The first charge takes place on the day you start your subscription; each renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Yes, with no notice period and no penalty. Cancel in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date, and no new payment is taken. You keep using all features until the end of the period you paid for: a monthly plan until the end of that month, an annual plan until the end of the yearly term.
Your data is unconditionally yours. We keep your wardrobe contents, photos and wear history solely to deliver our service, not for advertising, not for sale to third parties. Everything is stored encrypted. For the AI steps we use a few processors; the privacy statement lists each one, with where it processes your data. Export or delete at any time.
Pro starts as soon as your store confirms the purchase. Switching between monthly and yearly also runs through your store; in the App Store, Apple starts the new plan on your next renewal date. If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. After that you're on Free and nothing is deleted: 25 items stay active, you choose which, and the rest stay saved and locked until you're back on Pro.
With an annual plan you pay 50% less than with monthly billing. There are no other discount programmes at the moment.
Yes. The Free plan is free forever: 25 items with the full intake, 3 AI outfit suggestions a week, unlimited manual outfits and data export. So you can try Looqa properly before you upgrade.
Not at the moment. A Looqa subscription is for one person with one wardrobe, and Family Sharing through the App Store is not supported.
Looqa subscriptions are billed as in-app purchases through the App Store (Apple), and through Google Play once the Android app is out. You pay with the payment method linked to your store account; the store handles the transaction, and we never see your card details. There is no separate web checkout.
