You pay monthly or annually, your choice. With annual billing you receive a twenty percent discount on the price. The first charge takes place on the day you activate your subscription; all subsequent charges take place on that same calendar day.
Yes, with no notice period and no penalty. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep using all features until that final day. A monthly plan cancels for the next month; an annual plan stays active until the end of the yearly term.
Your data is unconditionally yours. We keep your wardrobe contents, photos and wear history solely to deliver our service, not for advertising, not for sale to third parties. All storage happens encrypted on European servers in Frankfurt, fully GDPR compliant. Export or delete at any time.
Upgrading takes effect immediately, with the price difference pro-rated. Downgrading is processed at the end of your current period, so you keep your higher tier until then. All your items, outfits and history are always preserved.
With an annual plan you save twenty percent. For students and teachers with a verified educational address we offer an additional fifteen percent discount on Pro and Studio, activated via student ID in your account settings.

A family plan will arrive during 2026: one subscription for up to four members of the same household, with their own wardrobes and shared outfit collections. Subscribe to the newsletter to get early access.
We process all common credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), iDEAL for Dutch customers, Bancontact for Belgium and automatic SEPA direct debit. All payments run encrypted via Stripe, our PCI-DSS certified partner.
